stops. was formed in New York City over the summer of 2013 as a two girl ukulele rock band. After quickly deciding that that was too twee, stops. (individually Alexandra Rae Ceribelli and Lilly Vanek) is now a "two piece with ambition" featuring banjo, bass uke, tenor uke, snare drum, bells, and whatever else we can get our hands on, as well as what has been described as "sexy ghost voices."
